• Individual claim against insurer for coverage for major damage to large RV. Vehicle was “loaned” to 3rd party who proceeded to cause a single vehicle accident by driving RV off a bridge.

• Dispute over insurance coverage for policy holders’ failure to disclose lack of safety precautions before fire destroyed his single family residence.
